SELVA: Life, Coffee & Brunch
I am Michelle Barragán and I come from the land of the straight sun, Ecuador.
I have lived in Girona for 12 years, and during this time I worked in my own Chinese Medicine project. But as often happens, I felt the need to make a change and since I had knowledge and interest in nutrition and healthy cooking, I decided to create SELVA Life Coffee & Brunch.
I feel that all the baggage I have from my previous activity fits perfectly into this new project, in which I promote health in a different way. Also, being a celiac myself, I can understand how important it is to find a space where you can eat comfortably and calmly. Hence the idea that our dishes are free of traces of gluten, despite also offering normal wheat bread (for those who can eat anything), made by la puntual, a company that works with organic flour and sourdough.
I created SELVA thinking in common, in circular economy, in respect for the earth, in healthy cooking and well-being ❤
